"This is non ordinary place for dinning!!!This is an ideal place for a special evening as it has a charm and a class on one hand and extremely good cuisine and high level service on the other. Delicious taste of all the dishes we tried were a perfect combination of tast and balance for the ingridients and fantastic skills of the sheff based on the choice of the freshest brilliant ingredients of the South. As it was our first visit we went for the degustation manue having replaces a few dishes with the ones we wanted to try very much. An excellent choice of vines to accompain the dishes and the beer. The modern style design carefully treats the ancient history of the place. Now it's number one place in Brescia."

Si può iniziare con un aperitivo, di qualità… lasciato gustare con tempo e senza fretta La scelta delle pizze minima ma non nell’eccezione negativa anzi… c’è attenzione all’armonia dei sapori e alla stagionalità degli ingredienti. C’è la cura dei particolari… oltre alla digeribilità del l’impasto, alla cottura nel forno a legna, alla presenza discreta e rassicurante di Antonio Pappalardo tutto immerso nella preparazione di ogni pizza, credo che meritino complimenti le ragazze presenti in sala così delicate, premurose, discrete e preparate… aggiungo una qualità “empatiche” e aperte all’altro. "Esperienza complessivamente eccellente. Le pizze sono molto buone, anche se le avrei preferite leggermente più croccanti. Gli ingredienti utilizzati sono di ottima qualità. La pizza con prosciutto crudo e bufala era gustosa ed equilibrata, mentre la marinara si è rivelata buona e particolare: le sarde del lago di Garda erano fresche e ben dosate, senza risultare troppo salate. Molto apprezzati anche il benvenuto della casa e il predessert offerto, entrambi davvero piacevoli."
